National Beef Program Highlights Flier (500KB)
TUESDAY 17th MAY - ARRIVAL
Cattle can arrive from 8am onwards
Please Note: Any animals arriving
prior to this time cannot be accommodated.
WEDNESDAY 18th MAY - CARCASE COMP DAY
Led & Unled Carcase Competition exhibits must be at the Showground by 9am for Scanning, Inspection, & Weighing.
Live Judging at 1pm
Sale of Led & Unled Carcase Exhibits 5pm.
Exhibits then trucked to Hardwick’s Abattoirs immediately after the sale. Export Carcase cattle also trucked to JBS Australia at the completion of judging.

1:00pm Steer Judging
5:00pm Steer Auction
Show Cattle can arrive any time during the day.
